Lamentation

transformation, an emotion to an element
a life, a family
Time stood still as the sun rose,
on two dusky masses, on two selfish souls.

I. To
“My god, where are you now.”
Her god, her crosses,
hills of green
upon them crossed yellow poles,
blue stretching to the void.
Rope: taut, Expression: lifeless.
Her female shape now melted,
Her eyes taking ice flows
into warmth of his touch.
The warmth no more generated
from that calloused hand,
And the tears no more generated; fabricated.
Except alone, oh so alone.
A ball with a single spike: deserted,
suddenly.
How could she have ever felt company.
God never realized he had created
such a
solitary… being
cutoff, created a panic

II. From
Time after time,
after the moment,
slipping
grasps, after time, ticking
Leaks out of memory,
and faith is left to a brain
Cell.
But the clock has run,
quickly, shamelessly
thoughts make
only pain,
and remembering is
harder, greyer
than the act upon me,
More suffering
more love
“I do love you”
more hating
more regret
And more, And more, And more
often
it comes to the final leap.
Cowardice, selfishness.
Skin crawling is discarded
for only
a
soul. Naked as
the day it was created.
That leap, always a leap.
“Will they remember me now,
Will I be known forever,
once.”
Leap
Wishes never come true,
and cowardice is always remembered.

III. Into
“I have forgotten now, but forgiveness
cannot be produced from a
lie,
and a solitary existence.”
Trying to hold on,
hands coated in
oil
hands bloated from
toil
hands that once held.
Now, once having
a system
a satellite of close orbit,
now as all things
have done, the body
Must joinitsappendage,
with love, with hating
but still in an act of consciousness
into dust, soul descends.
Rather, another leap, another
taking it on themselves
To spurn: god, in spite of his
confusion
in spite of his
creation
of
gr
av
it
y
Gratitude,
and self centered
modesty
He has been laughed at.
And twonowone,
break the bounds, destroy
heaven from the ground. No one cared when
either made
a sound.
